At Girlie Girl Wholesale, we want to ensure your boutique is stocked with items you love, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on all eligible merchandise. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.
Submit a Request
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Await Approval
Our support team will review your request within 48 business hours to ensure it meets our guidelines and will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items with the original invoice and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to our distribution center.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a digital store credit to your account which can be applied to any future wholesale order.
